About the Event

Osceola Arts is proud to present the works of Kiana V. Ware at West Osceola Library as part of the ongoing Art in Public Places Program.

Born and raised in Lithonia, GA, V. is an interdisciplinary artist exploring identity, mythology, faith, and transformation through painting, installation, poetry, tattooing, and design.

Rooted in Black and Filipino heritage, her work examines cultural memory and the stories that shape who we become. Each piece functions as part of a larger narrative, inviting viewers into immersive experiences that blur the line between observation and participation.

Through the Ware House and an evolving studio practice, V. creates work that serves as both mirror and portal - encouraging reflection, connection, and the possibility of transformation.

The exhibition is on view at West Osceola Library (305 Campus St.) from August 11th to October 27th during library open hours.

The Art in Public Places program aims to fill our Osceola County communities with local art in the public libraries and Kissimmee City Hall.
