Hispanic Heritage Month at Kissimmee City Hall

About the Event

As part of the ongoing Art in Public Places lending program, Osceola Arts partners with the City of Kissimmee to showcase artwork created by Florida artists, providing artistic and cultural displays to engage and enrich the community. This fall, we celebrate the rich history and accomplishments of the Hispanic population in Central Florida with the annual Hispanic Heritage Month Exhibition at Kissimmee City Hall. The free and public exhibition will run from September 15 to November 13 (during Kissimmee City Hall open hours), highlighting the creativity and individuality contributed by Hispanic artists to Central Florida’s cultural heritage. A free reception will be held on September 22 at 5 p.m. in Kissimmee City Hall’s Rain Garden, featuring the art exhibit, live musical performances, and light refreshments. During the reception, we’ll recognize local honorees whose work and impact celebrate and uplift Hispanic heritage, culture, and identity within the City of Kissimmee.
