About the Event

Osceola Arts is proud to present Artworks by Pattinian at Poinciana Library through the Art in Public Places program.

Merri Pattinian is an artist and a part of the Solivita Artisan Guild. Originally a graphic designer with a BA from Brooklyn College, Pattinian eventually found her calling in painting. Her practice engages with a variety of textures, spatial relationships, the concept of movement, and emotion. Within her works, Pattinian combines mixed materials, such as metal, fabric, paper, and glass to create a unique composition.

The Solivita Artisan Guild is an organization located in Poinciana aimed at fostering artists and their talents by sponsoring exhibitions, workshops, and seminars. Its mission is to enrich the lives of the community through art and emphasize the importance of creativity.

The exhibition is on view at the Poinciana Library (101 N Doverplum Ave) from November 22 to January 23rd during library hours.

The Art in Public Places program aims to fill our Osceola County communities with local art in the public libraries and Kissimmee City Hall. If interested in showing work through this program, please apply here.
