Ubaldo Fernandez at The Hart Memorial Library

Art in Public Places presents Central Florida artist Ubaldo Fernandez at the Hart Memorial Library in Kissimmee. Fernandez emigrated to Florida from Cuba after graduating from San Alejandro National Academy of Fine Arts in 2007. In his recent works, he is inspired by the overabundance of castaway toys that seem to be yearning for physical interaction. Fernandez's paintings are rooted in photorealism, and many evoke messages of childhood memories and decay. A selection of artworks, created by Ubaldo Fernandez will be on display at the Hart Memorial Library, October 5 through November 30. For more information contact marilyn@osceolaarts.org.
