About the Event

Osceola Arts - Art in Public Places at the Hart Memorial Library presents Kissimmee-based artist Dional Vega Suarez. Dionaly is a photographer who loves expressing through art through the digital format. The bulk of her work focuses on experimental self-portraits. She first became interested in photography at the age of 14 in her hometown of Guayama, Puerto Rico. At 18, she was selected to participate in a competitive and comprehensive photojournalism atelier honing her photography, and lighting techniques. Since then, Doionaly has established herself in the photography community—participating in numerous workshops and improving her craft through professional critique. Learning is a constant in her photography practice. She is currently enrolled in Digital Design at Osceola Technical College. Dionly’s work has been exhibited in various Central Florida art spaces and will be participating in the Arte Sin Fronteras / Art Without Borders exhibition at Osceola Arts in Kissimmee the Downtown Arts Collective Contemporary Art Studio in Orlando, Florida.
